Just watch it. Turbo Kid (review) is directed by trio Anouk Whissell, François Simard and Yoann-Karl Whissell, and stars Munro Chambers, Laurence Leboeuf and Michael Ironside.

That seems to be the message of a new, exclusive clip from Turbo Kid, a blood-drenched but heart-filled homage to ’80s sci-fi action films that will be released in select theaters Aug. 28.

From 3 to 4:30pm, the gallery will present a book signing of The Art of Turbo. The signing will be followed with live art demos presented by Jason Scheier (5-6pm) and Mike Hernandez (6:30-7:30pm).
