A man is facing animal cruelty charges after possibly throwing a dog off the Governor John Sevier Highway bridge, according to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.

The Clinton Police Department said Friday it had been told about an “incident” at the Kiddie Korner Daycare from the Department of Children’s Services (DCS), which injured a child.
