A Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater aircrew medevaced a 77-year-old man, Sunday, experiencing stroke-like symptoms approximately 138 miles southwest of Sanibel Island.

The picturesque island is ranked No. 2 this year and holds its spot on Travel + Leisure's list of best U.S. islands for its seventh consecutive year.
