MIDLAND, Mich. (WNEM) - Midland Mall owner Jordan Dice has released a rendering of what the “Malltopia” play area will look like once it’s complete.

Construction on the play area began in November 2024. Dice previously said that the play area would be free and will be for children ages 4-12. It will be large enough to accommodate 100 children.
