The Chess Puzzle is a mysterious chess board located in the underground Precipice area in the Grounds. To reach the Precipice, you must activate four gas valves in different rooms around the Estate.

In here, you will see a chess board that looks strikingly similar to the 9x5 layout of the Mt. Holly Estate, and six Chess pieces – a Pawn, a Knight, a Rook, a Bishop, a Queen, and a King.
