An autopsy Monday revealed he sustained multiple blunt force traumatic injuries and the manner of his death was determined to be from the crash, officials said.

The Mexican restaurant scene in Clemmons appears to be gaining a Chiptole location as part of a new retail building planned for 2415 Lewisville-Clemmons Road.

"In addition, the hospital has employed general surgeons who are available around-the-clock to care for trauma patients and surgical emergencies," said hospital spokeswoman Kelly Credit.

Waylin Hoshauer, 18, of Humboldt, was transported to Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center where he passed away.
