MATTOON — The driver of the vehicle that crashed through the wall of a Mattoon nursing home, killing a resident, has been arrested for aggravated driving under the influence.

Four people were killed in a small plane crash Saturday morning along the Coles-Cumberland county line, Coles County Coroner Ed Schniers has confirmed.
