HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The 38th annual Art Car Parade was filled with show-stopping works of art on wheels, including a masterpiece based on Spanish surrealist artist Salvador Dalí.

It’s the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art that has cultivated and put on the Art Car Parade since 1988, after being asked to do so by the Houston International Festival.
