To be fair, Styx’s debut album, released in 1972, isn’t exactly their most cohesive LP. It’s got a bunch of eclectic covers on it, many of which had been suggested to the band by their label.
Those recordings do not include songs from “Crash of the Crown,” the band’s latest album released in June 2021 and has added some fresh fuel for Styx, who are back on the road this year.
