The 4 episodes of Adolescence total 3 hr and 50 minutes, much less than Stranger Things 4’s nine episodes that totaled over 13 hours. So viewers are better than total minutes watched.

As of June 1, Adolescence recorded 141.2 million views since its March 13 premiere, surpassing the 140.7 million views Stranger Things Season 4 earned during its first 91 days.

Though the gap between “Adolescence” and “Stranger Things 4” may be close, that’s not the case when it comes to the two series that occupy the top three most-watched spots for the streamer.
