The team is in need of another quarterback after rookie Will Howard suffered a fracture in the pinky finger of his throwing hand earlier this week.

Pittsburgh lost rookie quarterback Will Howard during Tuesday’s practice to a broken bone in his throwing hand. The injury won’t need surgery, but it will cause Howard to miss the entirety of the preseason.
