EAST CHICAGO — A Valparaiso man was killed Wednesday morning in a crash on Cline Avenue under an overpass near the Indiana Harbor, death investigators said.

County detectives reportedly responded to the scene in the 5000 block of Melville Avenue in East Chicago around 7:22 p.m. Tuesday.
