Ryan Larose is charged with first-degree arson in St. Louis County for a fire that happened around 7:20 p.m. on Saturday in the 2300 block of Telford. He is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.

The home was engulfed in flames when firefighters from multiple jurisdictions arrived, according to the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office. Investigators then found two people dead inside the home.
