The Grove is a new neighborhood project that includes the former home of the Sisters of St. Joseph Convent on Maria Drive, as well as additional land that stands ready for development.

The convent is currently owned by the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis. General Capital Group out of Fox Point, Wisconsin has purchased the property.
