Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast Recipe
If you're looking for a no-fuss, flavorful meal that practically cooks itself, this easy slow cooker pot roast is the answer.
Today I have an Irish Beef Slow-Cooker recipe for you. What makes this beef stew Irish is debatable. Traditional Irish stew is made with lamb or mutton with potatoes and onions.
Pour beef broth around the roast, then sprinkle with seasoning mix, top with butter, and scatter pepperoncini over and around the roast. Cover the slow cooker and set on low heat for 7 to 8 hours.
2. Place roast in a 6-quart slow cooker; sprinkle with au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning. Add pepperoncini peppers and liquid from jar; scatter butter pieces over top of roast.
Place beef Short Ribs, mango, onion and ginger in 3-1/2 to 5-1/2-quart slow cooker. Add barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on HIGH 5 to 6 hours or LOW 7-1/2 to 8-1/2 hours or until beef is fork-tender.
Place thinly sliced beef in slow cooker and pour sauce mixture over it. Stir to coat beef evenly. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours, until beef is tender.
