NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. — The South Causeway Bridge has begun to reopen to traffic in New Smyrna Beach as police conduct an investigation into a multi-vehicle crash.

The vessel could be seen in multiple eyewitness videos traveling swiftly in reverse toward the bridge near the Brooklyn side of the East River.
