Soon we shall return to the foggy and creepy streets of Silent Hill as Konami has confirmed that a remake of the original PlayStation-era horror game is in development.

Bloober Team, the developers behind the fan-favorite Silent Hill 2 Remake, recently announced that a Silent Hill Remake title is in the works on June 12, 2025.

While still not implemented by Bloober Team, the developer confirms it is still working on PS5 Pro improvements for Silent Hill 2.

Bloober Team released Silent Hill 2 Remake in October 2024 for PS5 and PC, and the game has sold over two million copies worldwide as of January 2025. You can read our full review here.
