Yeonsoo Go, a 20-year-old Scarsdale High School graduate, was released from federal detention after a push from New York community members and elected officials, after her visa expired two years ago.

Opening marks the hospital’s 34 oupatient center in Westchester, reflecting an ongoing effort to expand access to care.
