The river is carrying year-round water for the first time in 70 years on the San Xavier Indian Reservation south of Tucson.

It's unclear if water releases for the Santa Cruz River Heritage Project will again attain the levels they reached when the project started in June 2019.

The Guam Police Department on Tuesday arrested Ariel Cruz and Edward Jack Borja for multiple charges, according to GPD public information officer Norman Analista.
