SANDPOINT, Idaho — The woman charged in connection to a July 4 fire that burned down the Army Surplus 1 store pled guilty Tuesday to an amended charge of second-degree arson.

Security guard Jo Acker, 26, died in the Oct. 25 shooting at the Boise Towne Square mall. Roberto Padilla Arguelles, 49, was shopping for gifts for his family before he was killed.
