Federal judge orders release of mom in ICE custody

A young mother, who has been detained in ICE custody for nearly one month, is expected to be released from jail on Wednesday.
Antonia Aguilar Maldonado has been held in a county jail for almost a month, and her attorneys claim that her detention has put her and her young son at risk.
"In the court's view, the irreparable harm to separating a nursing mother and her child is self-evident," the judge said.
