The woman found by Oro Valley police on Monday died after falling from a second-story patio Sunday morning, officials confirmed.

Earlier this month, attorneys for Oro Valley filed a motion to dismiss the wrongful death claim by Adrian Villalobos, on a “hyper technicality,” attorney Martin Rodriguez said.
