Heart-pounding video captured the moment a giant wave swept a girl off a seawall in Australia and into the rough water below – with her father immediately jumping to her rescue.

According to Colorado Parks and Wildlife, the 53-year-old was on Sailboard Beach at Lake Pueblo State Park yesterday afternoon when his children and their friends went into rough water.

It's a trip of about 3.5 miles. For a longer float, launch at the dam and take out at Houseman Access about 7 miles downstream. Or, float from Bertand to Houseman for a trip of about 4 miles.
