Doug Nguyen is revamping a house in Rochester's Lowertown to remake it into Saigon Banh Mi, a new take-out authentic Vietnamese sandwich shop. He hopes to have it ready to open in early 2025.

The Lake House Rose Tavern at The Lake House will serve an Easter brunch buffet with seatings at 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. It will include made-to-order omelets, pastries, ham and more.
