After well over an hour and a half of discussion and public forum at Monday night’s Pueblo City Council meeting, the resolution to censure Councilman Roger Gomez failed by a vote of 3-3.

Pueblo City Councilman Roger Gomez will not be censured. Pueblo City Council voted Monday on an ordinance to censure him, which needed majority in order to pass. The vote was split three to three.
