PORT ST. LUCIE — Carmine Anroman, who just graduated Treasure Coast High School, was a “rare breed,” a young man with a passion for basketball, physical fitness and the Bible.

VALPARAISO — Downed power lines and an outage in the area of the high school resulted in the building remaining closed Tuesday, the Valparaiso Community Schools district reported.
