Oregon State Police are asking the public for information on a vehicle after a highway road rage incident turned into a shooting in Marion County early Friday morning.
“This case serves as a powerful example of how persistence, teamwork, and modern investigative methods can breathe new life into old cases and deliver long-overdue justice,” police said.
The grand jury said the Oregon City officer's actions during a May 16 shootout with a former Canby sergeant were justified and lawful under state law.
