On Monday at 2:21 a.m. an updated flood advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 4 a.m. for Carter County.

The full roadway reconstruction would include: widening, interchange reconfigurations, as well as bridge work. PennDOT said all of it is to make that section safer.
