The South Placer Jail hosted its 13th graduation ceremony for its Culinary Arts program, which offers certified training in food service, catering, and hospitality to inmates.

Residents can get a blue envelope, lanyard, or wristband at the Placer County Sheriff's Office, as well as police departments in Auburn, Lincoln, Rocklin and Roseville. See more in the video above.
