OS 26 beta 4 has added a new Dynamic option for the default iPhone wallpaper, changing colors automatically throughout the day.

Now, imagine that pink color on an iPhone without even needing the case. Leakers seem pretty sure that a "rose" or pink iPhone Pro 16 and iPhone Pro 16 Max is coming in September.

The only real workaround is jailbreaking the iPhone, which isn't exactly safe. That said, switching CarPlay to light mode can unlock a few wallpaper options, including a pink one.
