A commercial airline pilot is taking FOX5 inside the cockpit, simulating what he believes happened during last week’s Las Vegas flight with a smoking engine.

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho – Coeur d’Alene Aviation reports an experienced pilot faced a challenging situation at 8,000 feet over the mountains east of Coeur d'Alene Airport today.
