Authorities have arrested and charged a fourth person in connection with the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Naod Welday and the aggravated assault of two of his friends at Mount Olympus Trailhead.

The group is accused of shooting and killing 18-year-old Naod Welday, of Millcreek, on Aug. 3 about 4:30 a.m. at the Mount Olympus trailhead parking lot at 5425 Wasatch Blvd.

Data confirmed De La Rosa was at the Mount Olympus Trailhead at 4:25 a.m. on Aug. 3 and indicated he left the scene with Ruiz-Martinez.
