A Perry couple is facing multiple felony charges after police say they sexually abused an unconscious victim and tried to destroy incriminating evidence.

It happened at the junction of Aldridge Road and Holford Drive in Perry Barr at around 7.30am. A man in his 40s, was rushed to hospital. A police investigation was ongoing with road closures in place.
