Sally Song, chef and owner of Chinatown's Dim Sum Garden, is the newest chef-in-residence at Volver Restaurant inside the Kimmel Center through June 4.

Along with the Giant Soup Dumpling, Dim Sum Garden serves its Sweet & Sour Mandarin Fish, a new Lunar New Year stew, cheesesteak eggrolls and more. Dim Sum Garden located at 1024 Race Street.

Her daughter, Sally Song, followed her to the U.S., and together they opened Dim Sum Garden. Earlier this year, they launched a new location that seats 200 guests.
