Hagerstown will be replacing over 300 parking meters with signs about PayByPhone option. Seven Tango parking payment kiosks will be installed in summer 2025. They will accept coins and credit cards.

Old City North Parking Lot at the 300 block of East Jackson Avenue under the James White Parkway. Voucher requests are also in person at the PBA Parking Operations Office at 535 Clinch Ave.
