According to the Springfield Fire Department, a tree fell onto 143 Oak Street in Indian Orchard on Saturday. It appears that the tree fell on the side of the house.

Old Orchard is a high-traffic neighborhood, and Wendy and her husband, Matt Yeager, say the limbs are a safety concern for families, children and pets that walk along the locust tree-lined streets.
