A 13-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a firework-related brush fire in Laguna Beach that prompted evacuations, authorities said.

Orange County Fire Authority Captain Sean Doran reported “tremendous progress” shortly after the fire broke out, crediting the air attack with helping slow the flames.
