Southern California Edison is considering a Public Safety Power Shutoff in parts of Santa Barbara County as soon Monday.

Irvine leaders, alongside the Irvine Company, are considering plans to construct 3,100 units on the Oak Creek Golf Club site, in addition to community gathering spaces and a new school.
