My sister and I visited San Juan, Puerto Rico, for the first time. We enjoyed the beaches, food, nightlife, and more, without breaking the bank.

Old San Juan is roughly seven square blocks, surrounded on three sides by a fortified wall built between the 16th and 18th centuries. The wall is massive, rising in places as high as 40 feet.
