The former 'Needful Things' convenience store/bait shop in NSB's Bethune Beach is now known as Chums, and the new owner is new to such things.

Ruby’s Diner was born 35 years ago in that building. The company has since sprouted about 30 locations throughout the country, becoming an iconic throwback to classic diners of the mid-20th century.
