The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) says the South Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad is repairing the crossing on U.S. 400 east of K-7 at Cherokee.

16.-A Territorial charter was granted to-day to the Kansas, Oklahoma Central and Southwestern Railroad Company with a capital of $11,500,000. The incorporators are Oklahoma capitalists.
