The teenager has pleaded guilty to the murder charge and has been placed in the custody of the Office of Juvenile Affairs, Assistant District Attorney Jack Thorp indicated Friday.
In October 2008, the state Office of Juvenile Affairs placed Carr in the L.E. Rader Center in Sand Springs for rehabilitation.
