Police have launched an arson investigation after several brush fires started under suspicious circumstances Monday in the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates subdivision.

Andrew Amon, 29, of Ocean View has four outstanding warrants for his arrest, and is wanted questioning in multiple criminal investigations in the Hawaii Ocean View Estates subdivision.
