MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- A second Northwest Airlines pilot was found guilty Friday of felony tax evasion after avoiding nearly $30,000 in Minnesota taxes over a three-year period.

The union representing pilots at Northwest Airlines Corp. <NWA.N> approved a deal that seeks to prevent late-month spikes in the airline's flight cancellations such as those seen in June and July.
