An autopsy performed by the Lake County Coroner's Office Wednesday confirmed Hilson died of at least one gunshot wound. His death was ruled a homicide.
Police said the suspect fatally shot himself after killing a 16-year-old and wounding a 17-year-old at Antioch High School.
