KENNEDY SPACE CENTER — Nearly 1,000 employees have accepted resignation offers, according to NASA late Thursday afternoon, according to the U.S. space agency.

The Times-Dispatch excluded several hundreds of temporary employees who make up the city’s Summer Youth program within the Office of Community Wealth Building.
