Experts across the Garden State unveiled a new swim safety strategy to help save lives after two people drowned in the past week.

A coalition of activists, educators and service organizations unveiled a Swim Safety Plan in Camden on Wednesday, making New Jersey the third state to outline a statewide strategy to reduce drownings.
