The Tallulah's Taqueria chain filed for bankruptcy in April, but a trustee says the owners are not following instructions.

Tallulah’s Taqueria owes 15 creditors more than $977,000. The biggest creditors are its bank Navigant Credit Union, which it owes $338,000 and the state of Rhode Island which it owes $180,000.
