The 27-year-old officer was pulled from his car by the gunman on Ward Ave. near Bruckner Blvd. in Soundview just before 10:50 p.m. Saturday.

"The NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau interviewed James Blake last night," NYPD chief spokesman Stephen Davis said today in a statement. "A copy of the video was provided to Mr. Blake’s attorney.
