NDSU, which is ranked 20th in the nation, improved to 7-3 overall with the Missouri Valley Conference victory. The Bison also moved above .500 in the league at 4-3.

During the title game, NDSU jumped out to a 21-3 halftime lead. But despite Montana State’s second half comeback, the Bison held off the Bobcats to claim a 35-32 victory.
